1. Returns Eligibility

You may return any eligible products within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been altered or damaged in any way.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item is not a final sale product (such as customized or special-order items).

We recommend that you carefully inspect your items upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to initiate the return or exchange process.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards and certificates.
  • Opened or used products, such as cameras that have been used, lenses that have been mounted, or accessories that have been opened.
  • Personalized or customized products.

3. How to Return an Item

Returning an item to OffrTopic is easy. Follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track your return and ensures a smooth process.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (if possible). Include all accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the item. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:

  • Refunds for credit card payments will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds for PayPal and other payment methods may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
  • If you received a gift card or store credit as part of your return, we will apply the equivalent value to your OffrTopic account, which can be used for future purchases.

Please allow additional time for your refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times vary by financial institutions.


5. Exchange Policy

If you’d prefer to exchange your product for a different item, we are happy to accommodate that as long as the product meets the return eligibility requirements outlined above. Simply follow the same process as a return, and after we process your return, we will send you the new item. Please note that if there’s a price difference, you’ll be charged or credited accordingly.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defective product or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order (for example, sending the wrong product or a defective item).

7. Damaged or Defective Items
